Go to www.printmagicpaper.com.au or just click on the two Kookaburras on this site (home page) and you will go straight to the cart Fill out your details. Enter your payment method, direct deposit is available for AUSTRALIAN buyers or choose from paypal or credit card options. You will be emailed a username & password within 1 business day.

Q: Can I change my username & password?
A: Yes. Just send us an email to: username@cardprintingclub.com. Include your current username so we can change your details. Please allow 48 hours to update we will send an email to you for conformation.

Q: I want to make money using your templates but your terms state that I need permission in writing?.
A: You do not need to get permission in writing as long as you use & sell your products using Print Magic, after all, you want them to look professional, don’t you?.

Q: I can’t download the templates or I can’t open them.

A: You must agree to allow downloads from our site in order to download them. Templates are not programs they are image files. They import or open in whatever programs you like using. We recommend publishing programs like MS publisher 2003 or above or Corel Draw.

Q: I use a Mac, can I use your templates?

A: Yes, templates are not programs they are image files and therefore are not affected by platforms. If you have any problems or concerns please contact us.

Q: Why isn't my voucher number working?
A: Please allow up to 2 working days to assign your voucher number or call us as it could be a error in the system.
